Can I reserve tickets?

It is not possible to reserve tickets.

What are the opening hours of the box office?

The box office of P60 is opened at:

Tuesday: 19:30 - 00:00

Wednesday: 19:30 - 00:00

Thursday: 17:30 - 01:00

Friday: 17:30 - 02:00

Saturday: 17:30 - 02:00

You can buy a ticket online 24/7!

Can I have my e-ticket scanned from a mobile phone?

No printer? No problem: tickets can also be scanned on mobile phones!

Can I pay with the 'Podium Cadeaukaart'?

You can buy tickets 'Podium Cadeaukaart' at the box office as well as in advance. This can be done by contacting us by telephone or by sending an e-mail to info@P60.nl. Tell us which show you want to visit, the date, how many tickets you need, your name and the number of the 'Podium Cadeaukaart'.

Then we can make the payment online. We will contact you as soon as possible and confirm the order. The tickets are ready at the box office on the evening of the concert. You will need you ID or passport to receive the tickets.

Does P60 handle transactions- or servicecosts?

The service costs at Ticketmaster are € 1.50 per ticket, this includes payment costs. There is no transaction or service charged at the box office  of P60, but that this may differ with external rentals / parties. On the day of the event, we usually charge a higher price at the box office ( only if a show is not sold-out!)

Where can I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets online via www.P60.nl and www.ticketmaster.nl. You can also buy a ticket at the P60 box office.

Sites and locations other than the above are NOT official P60 presale points. Tickets for concerts and club nights in P60 never cost more than the presale / door price stated on the P60 website.

Do I need a membership?

No, P60 has no membership. To enter a show a ticket is sufficient.

How can I pay at the bar during concerts and club nights?

During the show you can order drinks with tokens. You can buy these with pin or cash at the cash register or at the counter in the suite. The costs are € 2.80 each.

Coins left at the end of the evening? No problem, these can be returned.

Are there any vacancies available at P60?

As soon as there are vacancies for paid positions, they will be prominently displayed on the homepage of the P60 website. There are internship vacancies (Marketing & Publicity and Production & Programming) every six months, more information about this can be found here. We are also always looking for catering and technology volunteers to strengthen our pleasant superhero team! Look here for more information.

Is it allowed to bring photo and / or video equipment to a show?

Visitors are allowed to take a small camera without a replaceable lens. Only accredited press photographers may bring professional cameras. Other recording equipment, cameras with a removable lens are not permitted.

How do I report any questions, comments or concerns?

Do you have any questions, comments or concerts regarding P60? Feel free to approach an employee. Or send an email with the details to info@p60.nl. We will respond within five business days.

Is P60 wheelchair accessible?

The P60 building is wheelchair-friendly, almost all spaces are easily accessible via our elevators. Let us know in advance if you are visiting P60! Then we ensure that you are guided to the hall.

Are there seats available during shows in P60?

P60 normally has no seats available during concerts, unless stated otherwise. For people with mobility problems or for medical reasons for which a seat is required, we offer the possibility to request a seat.

We would like to heara t least 24 hours before the start of the show. This can be done by telephone (020-345 3445) during office hours (10:00 am - 6:00 pm) or by e-mail: publiciteit@p60.nl.

Enter your name, the show you are going to visit and the number of seats you need. A reservation for a seat does not give you access to the concert, so do not forget to buy tickets for the show!

Unfortunately, during shows that are sold out or crowded, we cannot guarantee a view of the stage.

Sound and hearing protection

The sound during concerts can be very loud and can cause hearing damage. As a supporter of the I Love My Ears campaign, we therefore advise everyone to bring hearing protection and use it during shows and club nights!

Forgot your own earplugs? Then you can buy them for € 4 at the vending machine in the suite.

Is there WIFI available in the building?

The building is fully equipped with well-functioning WIFI. The login details are posted at the bars in the building. Can't find them? Feel free to ask an employee.

Lost something in P60?

Lost items are kept at the P60 office. You can contact the office staff from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays we are available from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am.

Is it possible to pay with tokens in P60 Café?

In all of P60 you can pay with the P60 tokens. In contrast to the concert hall, it is also possible to pay with cash or pin in the P60 Café.

Can I store my belongings in the wardrobe?

You can hang your coat and / or bag in our wardrobe prior to a show. The costs for this are € 1 per item and this can only be paid in cash.

Is there a minimum age?

We only use a minimum age for events where it is indicated on the program page. For all other events we think it is the responsibility of the parent to judge whether a child can go to a concert or not. We do, however, apply the rule that visitors under the age of 14 may only enter under the supervision of an adult (18+). In P60 we do not serve alcohol to people under the age of 18. We check the age at the door and if in doubt, ID is requested. So make sure you have it with you!

The minimum age for the cafe is 16 years.

Are there parking spaces around P60?

Prefer the car? Next to P60 is the parking garage Q-park Stadsplein. 

Is P60 easy to reach by public transport?

P60 is next to the Amstelveen Busstation (less than a minute's walk). Here are several bus lines to Amsterdam Center, Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena, Amsterdam South, Schiphol, Uithoorn, Mijdrecht, Kudelstaart, Aalsmeer, Hoofddorp and Haarlem.

What time does a show start and end?

In the week before the show we put a timetable on our website. The timetable is also posted in the Facebook event. If you have purchased a ticket online, you will receive a service e-mail on the day of the event with all practical information, including the timetable. We always try to take public transport into account as much as possible.

Can I still buy tickets for a sold-out show?

When a program is sold out, tickets are no longer available at official P60 outlets. Websites that offer tickets for sold-out events are not official sales points. These tickets are often many times more expensive and often invalid. Check the overview of unreliable websites.

Tickets are also regularly offered on social media. Be careful with this! Buy preferably via Ticketswap, but check the seller's account carefully.

Show canceled or postponed?

In the event of a total and definitive cancellation, tickets purchased online will be refunded automatically by Ticketmaster. If you have purchased a hardcopy ticket at the P60 box office, you can send an email to info@p60.nl

When a show is being postponed , the tickets will remain valid for the event on the new date. If you are not able to go on the new date , you can request a refund. You can do this via Ticketmaster - click here or contact them via phone on 0900 - 300 1250.

Can't find your ticket? First check your spam box and search your inbox for P60 or Ticketmaster. Or log in via www.ticketmaster.nl and find your tickets there.

Can I cancel my tickets?

Cancellations  unfortunately not possible after completion and payment of the order. An option can be to offer tickets on Ticketswap, this is a good and safe way to (re) buy tickets.
